What the work involves
Quality
Follow checklists, inspect the result and document selected work with before-and-after photographs.
Teamwork
Work within the assigned team and report damage, unsafe materials or work that cannot be completed as agreed.

- Careful and responsible working style
- Punctuality and respectful customer communication
- Ability to follow product, surface and safety instructions
- Physical ability to perform professional cleaning work
- Authorisation to work in Switzerland, or willingness to clarify it with us
Useful, not mandatory
Experience helps — training matters too
- Professional cleaning or hospitality experience
- Driving licence and access to a vehicle
- German or English; other languages are welcome
- Availability for larger team assignments
